The whole host family was very nice and took great care of us; dinner and breakfast were tasty, and the host drove us to a nearby temple, explained it, and dropped us off at the bus stop. The price was very reasonable.

Cycling through the area, I stopped for two nights to recover from a mountain climb; the homestay, tucked in the jungle, was gorgeous. The hosts were excellent—he spoke good English, she prepared amazing vegetarian meals on request, and the temple loop, especially Lankathilaka Temple, was a highlight. Dining on the patio was another perk. Overall, a great stay and great value.

My stay was absolutely amazing; they felt like my Sri Lankan family, always available and eager to share advice. His wife cooked delicious food, and the baby was simply lovely. The setting was a slice of heaven amid nature, and I already miss them and hope to return soon—everything was perfect for me.

Toropi Homestay sits in a tranquil rural spot surrounded by trees with a view of rice paddies. The place was clean and comfortable, offering good breakfast and dinner. The host was friendly and helpful, even taking us on a tour of a local tea factory and historic temples.

Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Great location and good value for money. Highly recommended!
