The vibe, friendly staff, and the sky pool were fantastic! It’s a pity the dinner menu is mandatory in the evening and a la carte dining isn’t possible.

The hotel is well maintained, staff are friendly and attentive, the food is excellent, and the infinity pool offers a beautiful view of Merano.

The staff, atmosphere, breakfast buffet, wellness options, and hiking information were all great. Unfortunately, the dinner was very specific and not for everyone.
