“Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.”
The location was fine, but most of the food was cold, the options were scarce, and the refills were poor. The toasters kept breaking and there was only one coffee machine, which is unacceptable for a four‑star hotel. The staff were unhelpful, appeared very unhappy, and seemed not to care about customers.

The food is very good, kudos to the chef. Everything was fine.

Personnel tout a fait désagréable, en particulier le personnel d'accueil du restaurant. A noter une différence flagrante entre le traitement réservé aux français et celui destiné aux espagnols qui sont correctement accueillis. Nourriture vraiment moyenne, les œufs aux plats du petit déjeuner sont préparés à l'avance froids donc et beaucoup trop cuits . Dommage les infrastructures sont belles et la piscine vaste et agréable. Le personnel qui ne se comporte pas avec la plus élémentaire politesse. La nourriture : pas de fruits coupés au petit déjeuner, les œufs trop cuits choix restreint au dîner
I appreciated the staff’s friendliness, the hotel’s small concert, the spa that cost 10 € per person for two hours, the excellent breakfast, and the outstanding dinner. I did not like that there was no broom to clean the toilets and that the dessert selection at the buffet was limited.
The location is great and central. Overall the hotel looks very nice and everything feels brand new. The room was very clean and well equipped. Having a balcony gave us an extra point of praise, and the pool was a bonus. We checked out at 10.00, which coincided with the end of breakfast service, so we thought we would have at least an hour to finish everything calmly. One of the beds was not entirely stable, but fortunately it didn’t bother us.
