The staff were really friendly and even helped us find another place to stay, but they had no idea about our reservation and the room was already taken. It felt like they were seeing the reservation system for the first time.

They told me my reservation was set, but when I got there the front desk acted like I’d never booked anything. No one answered my messages, and I was left hunting for a room at 1 am. Stay away – it’s a scam.
