The penthouse in Bywater was amazing—close to Frenchmen Street and the French Quarter, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and a grocery store, and the neighborhood stayed quiet at night so we barely heard other guests downstairs; for the price, nothing comparable in the Quarter exists, and the management went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, so I highly recommend it.

I was charged and had to jump through hoops to get a refund that I STILL DO NOT have, and they approved a stay that required 24‑hour notice to prepare.
