Room 17, which I liked, is in a good location and warm. The new tea trays are a nice touch. The window needs fixing now that it’s winter.

The place is well‑located, but the sofa and carpet smelled and were dirty, the ceiling was broken, the soap dispenser was broken, and the room was cold with a poorly working radiator. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable and the breakfast was subpar. I requested compensation and got a poor reply; they promised a carrier radiator but never returned it. We checked out at 8 o’clock because of the awful experience, and my wife got a cold from the dust and cold air.

The room was spotless and cozy, and I liked how close the parking was to the hotel. Nothing else to note – everything worked perfectly.

The place is well‑situated and the rooms stay clean. Breakfast was a bit off, as they served a full English set without asking what I wanted.

I often stay here, and room 17 had a comfy bed and was quiet, plus a good working TV. Sunday was peaceful, no homeless people bothering me, and the staff were friendly. The hotel’s location is solid, though I could have used a few more pillows, which I asked for and received.
