Everything in the building was perfect, the apartment was well laid out, and the location was a few minutes from the city centre; it’s great for dog owners because there are plenty of green spaces, the view is beautiful, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly—definitely coming back. The only downside was the box‑spring bed, which came without a topper.

From the first minute in the hotel I was greeted warmly; the next room was amazing, having everything one could wish for, and the breakfast was simply fantastic. No complaints.

From the balcony overlooking Müritz, we enjoyed a lovely stay in the room and with the ducks. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is very good 👍 and there’s something for every taste. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurants and boats for excursions are within a few minutes’ walk. A great hotel, and I’d love to vacation here again; it’s also recommended for families with children.
