It’s close to the beach and within walking distance of downtown. There are great jogging spots and clean beaches, and the family water park was also amazing. The wave pool was shallow, and the kitchen closed early for late snacks.

The rooms were well kept and clean, and the staff were very accommodating. The run‑down amenities, especially the swimming pools and attached water park, are no longer maintained; they’re basically left to rot and will only get fixed if something unsanitary threatens them from losing a license.

My stay had its ups and downs - I loved the water park and the entertainment area on the third floor, which had pool tables and billiards that kept me entertained. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the overall condition of the facilities, which seemed old and worn out. The rooms and beach houses could use a serious update, and I found the shower pressure to be surprisingly low. Despite these drawbacks, the water park and entertainment area were definite highlights.
