RedDoorz Plus at Balai Sofia Bed & Breakfast Batangas

We were really looking forward to a free breakfast, but when we got to the hotel, we were told they don't serve breakfast at all. It was a pretty big disappointment, especially since it was a major selling point for us. The hotel's advert was misleading, and we felt like we were misled. We're still waiting for some kind of compensation for the hassle.

“Correct, mais sans rien de plus”

The location was great, but unfortunately, it was a bit too close to the main road, making it quite noisy. The room was small but spotless, and I liked having a private room. However, the staff seemed a bit unfriendly and distant. What was even more surprising was that it was labeled as a Bed&Breakfast, but there was no breakfast served at all. Overall, it was a functional stay, but it was pretty basic.

The hotel's location is actually pretty great, with a stunning view of the mountains when you drive in. Unfortunately, it's completely overshadowed by the ear-shattering noise from the road right outside. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from the hotel, but it's even more of a disappointment than I thought - it's basically a dirty mess. Still, if you're just passing through, the scenery might be worth a quick glance.

“The price is good and clean room”

The hotel room was spotless, which was a big plus. However, the lack of staff around made it feel a bit deserted. We had to wait for ages to get someone to help us with a few things, which was frustrating.

“Bad experience! Paid for 3 rooms but given 2 rooms only!”

We booked three rooms, but when we got there, we were told they only had two available. It was a real letdown, and we had to scramble to find alternative accommodation for the third person. Not exactly what we were expecting.
