The location was spot on, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The pillows were too soft and offered no support.

“Checked out after one night, was charged for entire stay.”

Nothing good. First, the room wasn't as described. There was no place to put my suitcase, let alone open it. I had to put it on the floor, open it, take out what I needed, close it, lock it, and stand it up to move around the bed. It looked like a Motel 6 inside, not what I paid for. I asked for a room that I might have reserved and was told that, since I booked with, no changes could be made. Also, my printed reservation was not descriptive enough to make a case for a room switch.

“Unattended pets prevented our stay overnight but we were reimbursed.”

The spot was exactly what we wanted, and the lobby was modern with nice amenities. Our stay ended at bedtime because large dogs barked for six hours, and the owners or authorities couldn't be rounded to allow us to sleep. We also had to change rooms because of a smell and mold. When we asked for a refund, we were told no and advised to contact management later when they were available. We were reimbursed later and received an apology, and we learned we weren't the only guests bothered by the barking dogs.

“Nice place. Convenient to Gettysburg”

The place was spotless and fit right into our itinerary, but the breakfast was awful and not worth a bite.
