The staff are friendly and clearly try hard, but the hotel is quite old and needs renovation or investment. Occupancy is low and the staff are attentive. I wish the grounds were a bit cleaner.

“Not good”

I really didn't like this hotel at all. The rooms are shabby, the bathroom has an unpleasant smell, and there's noise from the port. Instead of a second sheet, there's an incomprehensible blanket. The reception staff speak very little other than Turkish. Breakfast is very poor, and I've never seen a cook who is supposed to make scrambled eggs.

The hotel is a very cute little place right on the shoreline. The staff work hard to keep it in perfect cleanliness. It has its own beach and pool, and you can park your car right at the entrance. The hotel is a bit worn out; the furniture is at least 20 years old and shows its age. The worst part is that it borders a cargo port with a large concrete factory on its grounds, and the proximity becomes especially unpleasant when piles are driven in at 8 am and 8 pm. In the same area of Yashilovadi there are practically no places to just have dinner – the nearest decent restaurant is about 3.5 km away.
