Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The place is quiet. However, there was a stale smell when I entered the room at arrival, and the breakfast buffet was disappointing—no pastry options, just bread and dried cheese. The housekeeping lady entered our room to clean it before our departure time.

Everything was great and the staff were really nice, can't think of anything negative.

The location is perfect, but the beds and water pressure were a letdown.

The room and breakfast were okay, but that's about it. The place didn't live up to the photos, no bar, and we couldn't even order cocktails like they showed - some fancy dish we wanted was made in the kitchen instead. My kid got stuck in the elevator and they responded quickly, but no apology. And there's a construction site nearby. The boss seemed a bit unfriendly too. Feels like they had all the right ingredients but messed up the details.

The saunas were nice and the breakfast was good, but that's where it ends. The saunas were pretty basic with only one shower and limited hours - just until 7 pm. And at breakfast, we had to sit at a specific table reserved for our room, which wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't forgotten to reserve one for us. They sent staff to clean our room at 9 am when it was booked till 11 am.
