The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, outgoing, kind, and polite. The bed was old, worn out, and far beyond the point of needing replacement, making it uncomfortable.

There were ground‑level dining options nearby. The area felt hostile to exploration and unwelcoming for pedestrians and independent travelers, a result of city planning rather than the hotel’s staff or management.
