The location, cleanliness, and parking were good, yet a “machine” in the building made noise all night and ruined sleep; the Wi‑Fi could improve—try putting the modem outside.

The place was clean overall and adequate for the time we stayed, but there was no arrival procedure or room number given, so I first went to the Ma & Ma reception to locate the apartment from photos and then had to call the contact to get the apartment number. Apartment D10 had no assigned parking spot while the others did, making it hard to park at the nearby Ma & Ma hotel in the evening—a real hassle. The apartment was shown with a sea view, but that view wasn’t actually visible from the room; the garden view was disappointing. A message 30 minutes before departure reminded us to sort the trash (unclear instructions) and bring it to the site entrance. The terrace tiles were broken with a sharp piece in the middle of the path, and the air conditioning was very noisy. It did the job for two nights, but it didn’t justify the price. No one else was seen.
