The breakfast was plentiful and pretty good, and the bed was comfortable. However, the place felt very old and not very clean—like a 5‑star hotel from the 80s—and we were left very disappointed; my expectations were high and that was a shame.

The location was great with a view of Pamukkale, and the mattresses and pillows were good. The rooms were spacious, but by late September everything at the hotel had stopped working, the breakfasts were only 3‑star level, and staff were smoking in the sauna area, which wasn’t operational.

The room was super spacious, with a view of the pool and the travertines behind it. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were kind enough to allow us a late check‑out. The internet was not very good, and the room had two narrow passages on each side that we bumped into a few times.

The room with a terrace was roomy, and the view of the pool and balloons in the early morning was wonderful. The staff were responsive and attentive—when they forgot some items in the fridge, they notified us right away, so we didn’t have to travel far.

The staff member who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The location is very close to the Pamukkale travertines. The building, inside and out, is at best a 2‑star hotel. The first room we received had a strong cigarette‑smoke smell, so we asked to be moved, only to find the new room smelled of body odor. Everything was yellowed from cigarette smoke, ants were in the room, and the whole hotel gave off a strong Soviet vibe. When I called reception a few times I reached someone who couldn’t speak English and she kept hanging up on me. Unfortunately, I still think this might be the only option for Pamukkale, but don’t expect a 5‑star experience.
