The only thing I liked was that it was in mid town, but everything else was bad – especially that there’s no elevator and the room is on the second floor.

The spot is great and the staff—reception, manager, driver—were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. This was our second visit, and we returned because every team member was exemplary.
