The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from all of Florence’s best sights. The coffee house the staff recommended is also brilliant for breakfast or brunch. The room was well appointed, modern, clean, and the bathroom was unreal! A/C, comfy bed… I could go on! Sabrina was friendly and took care of our bags on check‑out – Grazie! We’d love to come back and hope to see you soon. The only downside was that during the brief time we spent relaxing in the room, having something like Netflix on the TV would have been nice, but it’s not a deal breaker.

The hotel’s location is excellent, next to two pretty good restaurants, one of which is Michelin‑starred. The straight‑line distance to the Old Bridge is 100 m, ideal for a short trip for couples or solo travelers. Everything is perfect; if a luggage‑moving service (even paid) could be offered later, it would be even more convenient.

Bonus: bottled water stocked daily and the room cleaned daily. Beautiful bathroom. Ideal location. The stairs are a climb, but it’s not a big deal breaker.

The place is clean, the atmosphere very pleasant, the hotel owners are very kind and excellent. The stairs to the private room were very hard for me.
