The buffet breakfast was varied, tasty, generous portions and a pleasant service atmosphere; the location is good, in central Valdivia, everything is within walking distance and less than five minutes by car. The twin‑bed mattress was old and needs replacement, and the rooms lack ventilation which causes condensation and water droplets in awkward places.

The location is perfect and the rooms have a stove. The room is a bit small, the beds are very small, and the curtain was super thin, letting all the morning light in.

Everything was great: the room is very functional with everything needed, the breakfast is exquisite, varied and high quality, and the location is superb, next to the river, near the bus terminal and a supermarket. Totally recommended. The only improvement would be a trash bin in the room for disposing of shopping bags or plastic; the current bin felt too small.
