The view was stunning, the pool was large and clean, but when we entered the room it didn’t feel clean or fragrant, the mattresses and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, the spring mattress was not comfortable, breakfast was nice but didn’t justify a higher price compared to cheaper hotels with the same breakfast, and the service was cold.
The room was nice and clean with a great view, but the elevators had one break, no air conditioner in the elevators, and no air conditioner in the stair.

The view was insane, nothing else to say. The trip ended up costing us a huge amount, and unfortunately the experience was only disappointing. We arrived for check‑in at 12:30, and even though the front‑desk manager promised we’d have our room by 15:00, we actually got into it around 16:30, and we had to wait in the lobby with several other families who had been waiting since the morning. The reception staff were unpleasant, condescending, and offensive toward guests who were justifiably complaining. Moreover, the room was in terrible condition and poorly maintained, with serious maintenance issues such as a shower unit that fell apart completely, everything looked old and uncomfortable. The bed creaked at unreasonable levels, and overall the room was just not pleasant, old, and neglected. The only thing we could take from them is the stunning view, but beyond that the service, maintenance, and attitude were below any standard. We won’t return.
