We loved our stay and were very satisfied with the room, beds (especially the linen), shared facilities (the onsen was superb), and especially Raeco – she was just the best and could not have made us feel better. The location was a short walk to the gondola and down to the shops and restaurants. Thank you so much; we’ll stay again.

Breakfast was sensational, and the rooms are clean and very spacious, but the bathhouse closing at 9 PM felt a bit early.
