The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of Vietnamese dishes, but it isn’t very suitable for European customers; the outdoor pool is beautiful but poorly maintained.

“Agradable”

The staff were friendly, even though we had a language barrier, and they helped us with everything we needed; the breakfast was good and the café workers were very kind. We were disappointed that we weren't told the pool was under renovation, especially during a hot period, but luckily the kids could still splash in a small section of the construction area.

“Due to the poor condition of the hotel and disappointing service, I decided to check out asap.”

Worst hotel I have ever been in. From the moment we arrived, the customer service disappeared; I was traveling alone with two small children and no one helped us with our luggage. We also received no directions to our room or any information about where breakfast was served. The pool area was under construction, surrounded by large potholes that made it extremely unsafe for young children. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised. To make matters worse, the next morning the entire pool was drained without any communication to guests, and there were no pool towels available.
