The room was huge with a stunning view, and the staff were second to none—Sophie at reception was especially helpful. The only downside was the price of the drinks.

Good sized room friendly staff. Breakfast was poor no selection pastry on cold breakfast cooked breakfast was just warm not worth the value they said it was worth

The scenery was beautiful, with a bridge over the lake, but the room’s cleanliness was disappointing.

I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in and received no information—just told I’d be in room 6. Soni had to ask for details because I’d never stayed here before. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, and five staff members didn’t know how to secure it, so I had to move rooms.
