Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
I liked nothing. They charged double because the room was booked, told me they weren’t giving me a room, you could contact them and say the rooms were unavailable, and they still took money and then gave me the room… They took double money, said the rooms were unavailable, took money again, and then gave me the room.

The worst hotel ever. Cleanliness and hygiene were awful, and the staff acted extremely rude and unprofessional. We had booked breakfast, yet it never arrived on time. When we voiced our concerns, they responded arrogantly, telling us “do whatever you want, the booking app cannot harm us,” and insisting we only contact the booking platform instead of speaking to them. They behaved like goons and showed no basic decency, making the stay completely unsafe and disappointing.

They cancelled my booking the day before arrival, and I still haven’t received a refund.

No positives; the staff behaved poorly and the rooms were dirty.
