The staff was friendly and the free cookies at check‑in were a nice touch. Our first room smelled of dirty socks and cigarette smoke, so we asked the front desk clerk—who was very understanding—and they moved us; however, the second room still had a sock smell coming from the air‑conditioning unit, the bedding was stained, and the floor was visibly dirty. It was late, the under‑sheets looked clean, so we slept. Breakfast offered only two types of cereal, coffee, and prepackaged Nutra grain bars; the milk was empty but the front desk person supplied more, so we had milk with the cereal. They have a waffle iron, but it’s only used on weekends, so the claim of a very good breakfast is false.

The staff offered helpful information and switched me to another room because of a strong, odd smell. The room’s odor was awful, the cleaning was decent but uncomfortable, and it was unpleasant to see people in the parking lot and hallways drinking beer, especially the smell inside the rooms.

The rooms were clean, the early check‑in was free and no deposit was required, and everything was just nice.

“It's was horrible and scary......my husband went out of we had parked my car right by the door to.”

I never expected to find a parking lot full of drinking, loud music, and drug dealing when I booked this place, and I wish I had known the motel had been busted by police for fentanyl. I couldn't sleep because people were hanging out in the parking lot, and it felt unsafe for women. I called the office twice, but they did nothing and seemed too afraid to leave the desk, which made the neighborhood feel very scary. The security was basically nonexistent, and the place was indeed busted by the police.

“We requested a refund, so we didn’t stay. Front desk guy was helpful and even found my bracelet that I left behind.”

The location was convenient and the front desk was helpful, but there was no hot water on arrival, the room felt dated, the carpet needed replacement, and the parking lot had potholes.
