The location is superb, and the bathtub helps soothe tired feet after a long walk. The hotel staff are extremely courteous and explain Florence’s sights in detail. The balcony’s old‑style windows are hard to open and close, and the hair dryer is outdated—bring your own.

It was a pleasure to return. The hotel is cozy, breakfast is good, and the receptionist is helpful, friendly, and funny. The location is perfect.
