生活機能方便(近捷運、樓下有小7及摩斯漢堡、近公館商圈)、房間乾淨、窗景宜人、CP值高. 面紙蓋與浴室垃圾桶蓋只要一碰就常會掉出，建議能固定好。

Booking for a friend overseas, I stayed myself and was pleasantly surprised. I chose a room with a window and it was much larger than usual. The air‑conditioning was powerful—setting it to the lowest still felt a bit chilly. Daylight came in nicely and the room lights were bright enough. The spot is great: a 7‑Eleven and many shops are just downstairs. I parked on the third block of Roosevelt Road; because left turns were prohibited, I had to find a parking lot, which took a bit of time. When I arrived, it was full, but after waiting five minutes I got a spot—luckily.

1.交通便利，距離台大體育館很近 2.提前check in，剛好已經整理好有提早入住，這點不錯 3.有窗戶，採光不錯. 1.房間整體裝潢老舊，感覺只是把賓館改成行旅來吸引住客 2.旅館位於4-6樓，電梯沒有門禁，在5樓check in後，搭電梯出來是樓梯，從防火門進去（防火門沒有寫說是哪間旅館，看到的地毯有污漬痕跡，印象不佳 3.一進房間沒多久就看到一隻大蒼蠅 4.門鎖是喇叭鎖，插銷還彎掉，可能是有人意圖闖入或之前的住客忘記拔掉就想開門，有安全疑慮 5.床頭有好幾塊紅紅的髒污，睡覺的時候覺得很髒、身體癢癢的 6.房間冷氣很冷，控制電器設備的按鍵很老舊，沒有註記怎麼控制冷氣強風弱風，睡了一整個晚上才發現 7.房間多處壁紙破損、金屬生鏽，或是玻璃有髒污，地板也不乾淨
