The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The constant strong cigarette smell every day and the very low water pressure in the shower were major drawbacks.

“lovely room, friendly hosts just in the right spot for town.”

The hotel’s proximity to town and the beach is great without the noise; the hosts were very friendly and the room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The coffee‑making facilities and TV were excellent, so we’d definitely stay again. Although there’s no breakfast on site, plenty of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Parking requires a resident permit, but there isn’t enough space for all the guests, so we had to park elsewhere.

“Close to the Spa,”

The property was close to Bridlington Spa and pubs. Despite a no‑smoking policy, some residents smoked weed and regular cigarettes.

Host was amazing and helped us alot. Our dog needed insulin injections and they were very kind to put it in there fridge and were there when we needed it morning and night. Always asked if we were comfortable and needed anything. 10/10 Beds where fairly comfy and clean. Bathroom very big and clean. Easy access. Excellent location. Separate bathroom although was ours privately. Small room. Nowhere to sit to do hair and make up
