The staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to take care of us. They even arranged a cab to pick us up for our flight in the morning. 10/10. While the location is one block from Via dei Tribunali, which makes it close to all the amazing food and shops, that also means it can be quite noisy at night. That said, I would still wholeheartedly recommend staying here

Everything was lovely: the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the location near the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta was great — the cathedral is absolutely stunning. The hotel is cosy, and everything is designed with your comfort in mind. It’s well worth the price. Just bear in mind that Naples never sleeps — at least that was my impression!
