We arrived at 5 am and were given a tiny studio in the lobby that was also very uncomfortable; we had to sleep in room 3 on a double bed.

The location was great, almost directly on the beach with many shops and two 7‑Eleven. The beach itself was top for our family. The pool was a nice big one. The apartment was definitely 130 m² and had three large balconies. Two streets over is the main part of Karon with bars, shops, etc. In‑room service was flawless. The kitchen area was quite worn out, and the apartment overall felt a bit dated. What was rude was that we were first assigned an apartment on the fourth floor, and the floors directly below were undergoing renovation with a hammer‑drilling noise. They couldn’t understand our words—this was unacceptable! After a short discussion we were moved to the 14th floor, but that cost us about 70 € more for 7 days. The price‑performance is therefore poor, despite the great view. No price concession. It seems like a profit‑making scheme… In the new room we could hear live music from the bars until 2 a.m., which was fine for us.

The location is gorgeous, the staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is a bit tired but all the other positives outweigh that.
