The property sits in a lovely riverside spot, making it a perfect base for the lakes. While there we visited Ulverstone, Ambleside, and Lake Windermere. The town centre was charming with plenty of pubs to enjoy. Nothing was missing; the stay was exactly what we wanted 😊

“Brilliant stay, no hesitation in recommending to friends, we will return!”

The location was exceptional and the garden was stunning, with a river at the bottom. The property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub had already been set up for us upon arrival, and the host was very polite and friendly, chatting with us when we arrived. There was nothing we didn’t like!

“Beautiful”

I loved it here—very peaceful. The hot tub was the main attraction, and the annex was nice with a big wall‑mounted TV below the bed. The kitchen was spacious, the bathroom had a stand‑up shower, and the garden was huge with cushion chairs, ending in a river. Beautiful and nothing bad to say; this is a gem.

“Simply Amazing!”

This place is incredible. It was our second visit and it won’t be our last. The owners have done everything to make it perfect for guests. The location is wonderful, everything is clean and comfy. I can’t praise it highly enough to do it justice.
