The staff are very professional and help make the stay pleasant. The only issue is that the Zagrev tram runs on the street where the hotel is located, but it didn’t bother us and we slept fine. The hotel provides earplugs for those who need them.
Everything was fine … Because we were prepared for street noise based on reviews, it didn't bother us much. The breakfast was fresh and continuously refilled. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. However, as the street noise didn't disturb us, we could hear every word from the neighboring room.
