“Boa relação qualidade preço”

The apartment matched the listing, and the staff were very helpful, reachable 24 hours on WhatsApp. When I noticed there was no hair dryer, I texted and they brought one within minutes. Check‑in and check‑out were fast and easy. The cleaning could have been deeper – the linens and towels were clean, but the sofas, rugs, pots and dishes needed more attention. Still, for the price it’s a good option.

The hostel was brand new, spotless and in perfect condition. A booking mistake happened but they sorted it out quickly.

“Péssimo”

The owner was not at the property when I arrived to check‑in. I arrived at the usual time, 20 h at night. When I reached the front desk there was no one at reception. I called the two numbers listed at the desk. One was the landline for the desk, which obviously no one answered. The other was a mobile number that was not available when I tried to call. I waited more than 2 h at the reception and nobody appeared. I still managed to talk to some guests who reported similar experiences. One guest told me that the receptionist was at a bar at the time they arrived. That guest came with family and small children and had to wait 2 h until the receptionist appeared to complete the check‑in. After waiting a long time and speaking with booking, I was forced to book another accommodation, incurring an additional unexpected expense. The time I lost trying to resolve this only added to the frustration.

“Óptima.”

The location is central and excellent. I had trouble with the access cards to open the front door, and the contacts were unavailable.
