There was nothing to compliment; the experience was the worst. Avoid at all costs. The free Netflix streaming is a fluke and requires a paid account. The equipment was bad—no hand soap, no electric kettle, no elevator, and we had to carry all luggage up narrow stairs. The listing claimed a washing machine was available, but it was broken and hard to use; the first empty cycle worked, but the second time the drain clogged and flooded the room, forcing us to clean it up again. The only water dispenser was on the ground floor, and the tap wouldn’t shut properly, leaking continuously. By the end of the day the living room was flooded; we had to clean it a second time. After checkout they questioned us, I explained honestly, but instead of gratitude we were scolded. I didn’t raise these issues during the stay because we had already cleaned everything and didn’t feel it was necessary to complain, especially since traveling is hectic. I’m not used to leaving negative reviews, but this was just too much.

The floor was clean enough to walk around barefoot, and the room came with a slide, building blocks, and children’s books that kept the kids occupied; the bathroom was spacious with decent fixtures. However, the fridge and hot water were only available on the first‑floor public area reachable by stairs, and parking was just on the roadside white line.

I liked that the overall space was larger than expected and the facilities felt roomy; the room itself wasn’t small, the single bed was comfortably sized, and the six‑person dorm with three bunk sets offered good value for the price. On the downside, the hostel‑style layout forced interaction with other guests, which can be tiring for someone looking to relax, and I felt a bit uneasy about securing valuables; moreover, the location was remote, far from the Guiren city center, making it impossible to walk to shops and inconvenient for daily needs.

The room was spacious, but the unfriendly staff and a poorly designed slide in the room that kids could easily bump into were major downsides. It's a shame, because the room itself was quite large.
