The food was excellent, customer service was good, and the overall environment was great, yet the staff must ensure bathrooms are cleaned better because I found hair in the shower and had to buy cleaning products.

The beds were comfortable and we were satisfied with the breakfast options, but the view from the room was awful; we expected a bigger room, though it was fine.

The location is convenient, service is great, and although we didn’t order breakfast, there was a 24/7 option for juices and coffee; rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable, and the walk to the subway is short, but the room could use more power outlets and a table with a mirror.
