“Magnificent property with charme, great kitchen and helpful staff...and one flaw.”

The design is clean and the restaurant offers a stunning view; a la carte dinner and breakfast were both tasty. The room is roomy, has a comfy sofa, and even a small private bathtub in its own yard, plus a great bathroom. The walls are so thin that I could hear every word the party of three next door said the whole time, which was annoying; they should address that. The hotel is still a little off the trail to Santa Ana volcano and the National Park entrance.

I really liked how cozy the cabin was, the staff were excellent and very friendly, and the place felt welcoming—I’ll definitely come back. I’m not sure if it’s the theme, but a TV would have been a nice addition; otherwise everything was great.

“Habitación rústica vista desde el restaurante muy linda”

The view from the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff were highlights. Even though I love the rustic feel, I think the room could use some improvements.

“Acogedor”

I checked out later than usual. Even though the shower had hot water, the sink never provided hot water, so it was cold during our stay and I would have liked to wash my hands with hot water.

“Escapada a la naturaleza”

It was a very cozy spot, the staff were focused on service, the treatment was excellent, the room was very comfortable, and the food was delicious.
