“Good if all you want is a room.”

There was no breakfast offered, but the spot was great, just a 5‑minute walk from the city centre, and there were plenty of amenities within a 5‑minute radius. We’d come back for the location, the friendly locals, and the facilities. The room advertised a “Deluxe room with private bathroom,” yet the bathroom was actually a shared toilet and shower down the hallway, which was a surprise. The toilet seat was broken, and I’d suggest the owners add a small fridge and a kettle so guests can have cold drinks and tea or coffee.

The welcome was warm and family‑like, and the location was good for visiting nearby spots without getting stuck in heavy city traffic. The cleaning was not careful enough, and the common areas need a general refresh and more attention.

Easy communication, very clean, smells amazing, spacious room, and a comfortable bed. There was nothing I didn’t like, but there are a few small things that could add even more value. For example, having a kettle available, not necessarily in every room, but perhaps a shared one in the hallway that guests could use whenever needed
