“Can't. Never stayed.”

We didn’t stay long enough to return the keys, so we just left quickly; the vibe felt like a drug‑dealing place. The guy who was handing back his sheets said he felt safe enough and explained why and how he kept himself safe. When we opened our door, it smelled like marijuana and duct tape was stuck on it, possibly from an adjoining room. I wouldn’t even use the toilet. I was only staying a quick night before dropping my son off at the local college for basketball camp, and he was so freaked out he said, “Mom, you are not going to be happy,” and asked if we could just leave.

No milk or spoons for the cereal, everything else was fine and as expected; normally there’s fruit in other places I’ve stayed. Our door looked like it had been broken into, letting you see outside from inside. There was no hair dryer, the floors were uneven, and the bathroom was dirty along the baseboards.

Very dirty, no maintenance, and unsafe. We rented two rooms that were supposed to be non‑smoking, but the cigar smell was so strong that I couldn’t sleep all night. It was filthy and should be shut down for rent.

“The freaks come out at night! Wild west”

The lady at the desk was very nice and polite. The place was loud all night, the bedding looked stained and dirty, so we bought sheets and pillowcases at Walmart. The toilet lid wouldn’t stay up and looked like it had been there since the 1950s. The pool was unusable, and after 7 pm it felt like a drug‑dealing spot.
