The location was great, but the hotel shuts its doors at 9:30 pm and the concierge’s attitude was terrible, slow to open the gate and annoyed when I tried to enter. It was a real hassle.

The room and bed were very comfortable, yet the soap and shampoo were almost just water, and the night entry process left me standing on the street alone until they opened the door. It took several minutes; a camera would help keep an eye on guests.

The staff were really nice, the hotel comfortable, and the location perfect for walking around the city, but the Wi‑Fi could be better.

There was no breakfast at the hotel because the restaurant was under renovation, but they took us to a nearby spot that was very tasty. Overall we liked everything.
