Beautiful views, lovely gardens which are well-maintained, very quiet and felt very safe and secure. The pool was always clean.The staff were very welcoming and accomodated all our needs. We extended our stay by 2 days as we felt so at home! Very good value for money. The breakfast was plentiful every day. Would 100% stay again. Nothing but I would have liked to have seen more local dishes offered on the menu, this said, they did have 3 most popular ones

Only the location was fine. I was disappointed with Lemon Creek Hotel: my room wasn’t ready on arrival, so I had to wait. Inside, it was scorching and the air conditioner was broken, making it very uncomfortable. I ordered tacos from the restaurant, but received a completely different meal, wasting money on food I didn’t want. Because of these problems, I left after the first day even though I had already paid, losing my money and feeling very let down. I hope the hotel improves room readiness, ensures air conditioning works before guests arrive, and pays closer attention to food orders for future guests.

The pool, location, and room size were positives, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the air conditioning was paid.
