The hotel's location, right beside New Street railway station, was incredibly convenient.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

It’s very close to the station, but don’t stay on the city floor—Saturday night in central Birmingham is very noisy!

The only bright spot was the location, everything else was bad: the bathroom was damp, the shower was low‑quality, it wasn’t clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.
