Esteban’s service and advice were outstanding; the heating in the shared areas was too hot.

They upgraded us at no extra cost to a divine lake‑view room and helped with take‑away food for our excursions, which made things a lot easier; there are many great restaurants nearby. The breakfast could have varied a bit over the three days, otherwise you lose interest in eating the same thing.

The hotel sits close to the center and is easily walkable. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff service was very good. The shower water sometimes came out cold, then suddenly super hot to the point of burning. The room furniture was Gatti de mantenimiento.
