Só mesmo da localização. Estava tudo degradado com mofo água no casco, o barco estava a afundar estava literalmente de lado. E os donos nem sequer aceitaram o acordo do booking em devolver o dinheiro porque nao pernoitamos, tivemos medo e viemos embora 1h depois

It has a secure, monitored parking lot. I didn’t like it at all. We’d come from another boat in the Porto area and the first one was great, but this one was all negatives. The host, Sara, greeted us and seemed fine at first, telling us to call if there were any issues. I did call to point out the missing items and the lack of cleaning, and she was utterly silent. We were one adult and two 11‑year‑old kids, and they only left one set of towels; the flat sheets were missing, the bathroom was locked and smelled like drainage and urine, spreading into the sleeping area. The portable fridge was dirty, with water residue and mosquitoes. The advertised coffee maker and kettle were absent, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Basically, we were supposed to sleep and have breakfast, but we couldn’t meet our expectations.

A strong, lingering urine odor on the yacht that seeped into my clothes and belongings overnight. The onboard conditions were awful: only one fork and one knife, both dirty, and the dishes were generally unclean. There was no running water, making the stay much less comfortable. Constant noise from people walking and slamming wooden boards made it hard to relax or sleep. For the price, you’d expect basic cleanliness, decent conditions, and a chance for a comfortable night, but that was not the case. I definitely do not recommend this property for an overnight stay.

I never got to see the boat. As I mentioned, I couldn’t access the accommodations.
