The room was solid, the location good, and the pool and private beach were nice; a few staff members were friendly. However, the bedsheets and towels weren’t changed, toiletries were incomplete, and the welcome drinks were omitted at check‑in. Some white guests received special treatment, while other staff didn’t greet or smile.

The meals at the restaurant were tasty, the beach wasn’t crowded so we could relax plenty, most employees greeted us with smiles and were helpful, the facilities were clean and the pool was large. The private beach meant the resort was a bit far from the main town, costing about 300 PHP each way by tuk‑tuk, so renting a motorbike is advisable, and the room’s Wi‑Fi wouldn’t connect to my MacBook, making work impossible.

The beach was quiet and the pools were pleasant. The breakfast area felt cramped and crowded, and the airport/hotel shuttles weren’t free.

The location and staff were fine, but the hot lift and the limited variety of fresh fruit at breakfast were disappointing.

This is one of the best hotels in Boracay and I recommend it; the place is quiet and secluded. You’ll need a tuk‑tuk to get anywhere, and the hotel’s fare for that is higher than outside; overall, Boracay isn’t suitable for a short stay.
