The location was excellent, surrounded by great restaurants, and close to the ferry, but the customer service left something to be desired.

The hotel is in excellent condition, uniquely situated in a beautiful Asian restaurant district, with free parking, and the value for money is unmatched; however, if the exterior were repainted and the front yard cleared of weeds, the price could be doubled.

The place is right on Rue Bégin, so getting around is a breeze and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Parking was easy and the rooms were decent overall. The only hiccup was the “Petite Vue” room – no blinds or curtains on the patio door, the shower drain was half‑blocked, the TV didn’t work, the fan was broken, and there were no cups or glasses.
