“It was great, I needed a swimming pool”
Everything was fine, but I was very disappointed that there was no swimming pool for my grandson, which this woman mentioned.
The place is really nice, very good location, beautiful view.

The view was phenomenal; I asked for a city view for my son’s birthday trip to NYC and they delivered—absolutely stunning. They didn’t provide enough towels or washcloths; we had to list the number and ages of the four guests (two teens and two adults) and only received two towels and two washcloths, which is a minor inconvenience. The breakfast included was great, offered as buffet or à la carte, yet we were billed $170 for it, which was confusing. The bill required the room number, and at 7 am it was a bit of a shell shock to see a charge for something supposedly included in the room rate—another minor issue that could be improved.
