Honestly, everything about our stay was wonderful, from the rooms and food to the facilities and entertainment. However, what truly makes this resort special is its amazing team. The staff members are welcoming, professional, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and happy. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone we met during our stay who helped make our experience so memorable. ❤️ 🛎️ First: Reception Team A special thank you to Mr. Bishoy Fouad and Ms. Malak Mark for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. They welcomed us with genuine smiles, took care of all our requests, and managed to get our room ready in a very short time, even though we arrived early and the hotel was extremely busy. Thank you for making our arrival smooth and welcoming. Your efforts were truly appreciated! ❤️👏 I would also like to give a special thanks to Mr. Sameh Fahmy, who stepped in and helped me with a request during our stay. I really appreciate his cooperation, prompt response, and willingness to help. Thank you all for your kindness and dedication! 🙏 🍽️ Second: Food and Restaurants We tried both the main restaurant and the outdoor restaurants, and overall, we had a really enjoyable dining experience. 🥘 1. The Main Restaurant The main restaurant offered a good variety of food, and everything we tried was tasty and clean. There were plenty of options to choose from, making the dining experience enjoyable. A special thank you to Chef Waheed for his efforts and hard work. 👏 🥇 2. Podium Restaurant – Our Absolute Favorite! Without a doubt, Podium Restaurant was our number one choice! 😍👏 It was truly outstanding!
