The room was very well cared for, with great lighting and cleanliness. The location is excellent. However, there was a bad odor from the pipes in the bathroom, but it didn't affect the overall enjoyment of the property.

The accommodation was fantastic—brand new, perfectly equipped, tasteful, and incredibly clean. It sits in a great spot in the historic Marina district, within walking distance of the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was quiet, the new windows seal well, the air‑conditioning is quiet, and the blackout curtains work nicely. Host Igor is very kind and helpful, waited for us, and the communication via Booking was excellent. The minibar offers free drinks, and the spacious bathroom is beautiful. Nothing to complain about; I definitely recommend it.

The apartments are clean and renovated, and the check‑out is more flexible. The contact person, Igor, is helpful. Parking is a bit more difficult.
