Everything at the accommodation was lovely, but I didn't like the weekend breakfast schedule; it should run until 10:30 am so guests can sleep a bit longer or offer the option to pay for breakfast. Some guests arrived at 9:31 am and were denied breakfast, yet were still charged for the service.

The food was good overall, but the bathroom sink was cracked and the water took over 5 minutes to drain; the towel bar fell off the wall and the beds squeaked.
The location was ideal and I couldn't hear any road noise; the room was thoughtfully furnished and surprisingly spacious, but the carpet needed restretching and presented a minor tripping hazard.
