The hotel was very nice and luxurious, though it’s not in the city center but close, and it’s pricey.

The place looks really nice overall. The rooms feel modern yet cozy thanks to the wood, and you can tell they’re well maintained. The bed is super comfortable, the mattress is high but not overdone. The room layout is very functional with plenty of storage for clothes and stuff. The spa area is laid out harmoniously and, most importantly, it’s genuinely quiet. There’s a mountain‑view pool and a fantastic hanging lounge chair in the relax zone, plus saunas and a Turkish bath. The staff are extremely kind and ready to help with anything you need. The location is great for reaching Cortina, and you can use the hotel’s free shuttle if you want. The garage is well organized and spacious, so your car won’t be crammed next to others. Overall, a great stay; if you’re heading to Cortina, I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were very helpful! We had a very spacious, clean room, and the hotel food was excellent and very considerate of sensitivities and allergies.

They pay attention to every little detail, and the staff—front desk, spa, restaurant, drivers, housekeeping—are all excellent. The facilities are impressive; you can use the pool area, sauna, and terrace free of charge. Breakfast is very varied, and if you want dinner at the restaurant there’s a tasty menu for 45 euros. The hotel offers transportation to several spots in the area if you don’t want to drive. There’s also a parking service. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer. We were looking for something outside Cortina’s urban core, so it was perfect for us, though the location might not suit everyone.
