“A lovely, peaceful stay – ideal for relaxing if you’re 65 or older.”
The hotel sits just two steps from the beach. Breakfast and the welcoming staff made our stay better; when the air conditioning failed in our original room, they moved us to a larger one right away, which felt less cramped. There’s not much to do except stroll past shops or visit bars along the promenade, but it’s a nice place to relax and disconnect. Even though the hotel is adults only, the nearby beach area had no sunbeds and was always full of toddlers. Half‑board guests have to pay for drinks, and towels are only changed twice a week. The beach lounge costs €18 per day, which feels steep, and bar drinks are pricey compared to nearby bars that cost half as much. The rooms are uncomfortable, especially the pillows and short beds, and sand piles up on the floor because towels aren’t replaced often. The pool water is freezing. There are few activities, and most guests are over 65, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for young adults. The gym is cramped, and the sauna needs a request to be turned on for four hours; it’s mixed, and the nudity is also mixed. Avoid the hotel shuttle—it takes twice as long as the regular bus to the airport and costs double; take bus A32 instead.
